You might already have a strong background in sales and have started or completed RO1, but be looking for the right platform to turn that into a serious career with real earning potential.

At Capricorn, you will work in a high-performance, office-based environment with:

This is a self-employed, commission-only role, suited to people who are commercially hungry, coachable, and motivated by performance. This role could suit people from backgrounds such as:

  • recruitment
  • estate agency or lettings broker support with sales exposure
  • telesales
  • BDM or account management
  • other target-driven sales roles

What you’ll be doing:

  • speaking to clients who already have a clear protection need
  • converting warm, qualified leads into protection business
  • building trust quickly and recommending the right solutions
  • managing your pipeline with urgency and follow-through
  • learning from experienced advisers in a proven model

What we’re looking for:

  • strong sales background
  • started or completed RO1
  • high energy and commercial hunger
  • confident communication and objection handling
  • full-time commitment to an office-based role in Hammersmith
  • right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Realistic OTE:

  • Year 1: £30,000–£50,000
  • Year 2: £80,000–£120,000
  • Year 3: £150,000+
  • Year 4: £175,000+
