We specialise in assisting UK and non-UK residents to obtain mortgage financing for their UK property purchases.
This is a commission-only sales role, which will involve dealing with a wide range of clients including HNW and UHNW. We work alongside over 150 of London's top estate agents and property developers, offering advice on the mortgage and house buying process to their buyers. We also have an extensive list of partner companies around the world.

Requirements to join Capricorn as a Mortgage Broker:
- You will already have your mortgage qualification in place or have started the qualification; we accept CeMAP Module 1 or RO1, ideally full CeMAP or RO6.
- You need to be comfortable starting a self-employed role and building your own business on the Capricorn platform.
