With offices in London, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, we are a leader in international mortgage brokerage.
This is a commission-only sales role, perfect for those who are entrepreneurial, eager to learn, and keen to take control of their earning potential. First-year earnings can reach £40,000 - £50,000, Year 2 - £80,000 - £120,000, Year 3 - £150,000+ and Year 4 - £200,000++. Our top performers make £500k+ per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with potential clients to educate them about mortgage options
- Building and managing client relationships to guide them through the mortgage process
- Handling complaint mortgage applications from start to completion
- Working with our introducers to drive quality leadflow
- Identifying cross sell and referral opportunities
- Collaborating with lenders, solicitors, and other key stakeholders
Who We're Looking For:
- Recent graduates or individuals with 1-3 years of experience in sales, finance, or real estate
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Keen interest in the UK property and mortgage market
Skills & Experience:
- You will be required to gain a Mortgage qualification prior to starting, either CeMap or RO1, the interview process can still be completed and if offered your start date will be pending qualification.
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, or financial services is an advantage but not essential.
