Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a wide range of commercial finance products, including:
  • Commercial mortgages
  • Bridging finance
  • Development finance
  • Invoice finance
  • Asset finance
  • Second charge loans
  • Guide clients from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless service.
  • Handle complex case referrals from Residential Advisers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximise business opportunities.
  • Work with Capricorn’s extensive client base and introducer network to identify and convert high-value opportunities.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products across a comprehensive suite of services.
