We are currently seeking a dedicated and proficient Night Kitchen Porter to join our esteemed Kitchen team. As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the Kitchen, supporting the culinary team in delivering a seamless dining experience. Key Responsibilities- Ensure the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and other kitchen tools
- Assist in the general cleaning of kitchen surfaces and floors
- Collect and remove kitchen waste and recycling
- Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is advantageous but not required
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
