Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of pastries and desserts.
  • Collaborate with the pastry team in maintaining a clean and organized pastry kitchen.
  • Follow established recipes and contribute to the development of new ones.
  • Learn and master various pastry techniques and kitchen procedures.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Support the Pastry Chef de Partie and senior pastry staff in daily tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment with a focus on pastry.
  • Passion for pastry and a desire to pursue a career in the culinary arts.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
