Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests in private dining rooms.
- Set up and prepare private dining spaces according to guest preferences and specifications.
- Take precise and detailed food and beverage orders, showcasing a thorough knowledge of the menu.
- Ensure seamless and timely service, anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain an efficient and harmonious workflow.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with finesse and courtesy.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the private dining areas.
- Collaborate and support the restaurant floor team for 'A la carte' service when there are no events on‑site.

- Proven experience as a Private Dining Room or Events Waiter.
