We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Sous Chef to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining culinary standards, and contributing to menu development. Key Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation.
- Oversee and participate in the cooking and presentation of dishes.

- Collaborate with the culinary team in developing and updating menu offerings.

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment.
