Senior PR Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior PR Manager to join the Marketing Department at Caprice Holdings based in Fitzrovia, London. Caprice Holdings is a market leading, prestigious restaurant group with a rich history and long-standing reputation within the hospitality industry.

The Senior PR Manager will support across all sites, reporting into our Head of Marketing..

The key responsibilities of the Senior PR Manager will include:

● Overseeing the development and execution of a comprehensive annual PR and influencer marketing strategy across Caprice Holdings’ portfolio of brands

● Conducting proactive and strategic press, brand partnership and influencer marketing activity – delivering a steady stream of coverage across press and social media

● Management of PR agencies, including onboarding and performance reviews

● Leading on the execution of restaurant launch parties, influencer and press events

● Maintaining key relationships with press contacts across lifestyle, luxury and trade – ensuring Caprice Holdings remains front of mind

● Overseeing team profiling and interview briefings

● Producing impactful press coverage across lifestyle, national and consumer media

● Working closely with our marketing team to identify key opportunities to drive brand awareness

The ideal Senior PR Manager will have:

● Proven experience at PR Manager or Senior PR Manager level

● An eye for storytelling and a proactive attitude

● A strong knowledge of building PR and influencer marketing strategies

● Editor-level contacts within the hospitality, lifestyle, and national media landscapes

● Strong understanding of influencer marketing, and networked in the talent management space

● Strong communication skills and experience in managing up to senior stakeholders

● Excellent written skills with strong attention to detail

● Be highly flexible, organised, and able to adapt to changing business needs in a seamless way

● Have a passion for restaurants and hospitality
