We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Restaurant Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Manage reservation systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in coordinating staffing schedules and maintaining employee records.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for office and restaurant supplies.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Collaborate with the management team to support special events and promotions.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
