We are currently seeking a dedicated and proficient Night Porter to join our esteemed Bar team. As a Night Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the Bar, supporting the Bar team in delivering a seamless beverage and dining experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness of all Bar equipment, utensils, and glasses.
- Assist in the general cleaning of Bar surfaces and floors.
- Collect and remove Bar waste and recycling.
- Support the Bar team with basic preparation and refilling tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Night Porter or in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items.
