Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of Sexy Fish Manchester, ensuring our facilities are safe, well-maintained, and operational. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs; Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs; Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
  2. Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and efficient operation of equipment and systems; Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Qualifications
