Key Responsibilities- Curate and manage the restaurant's wine list, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.
- Assist guests in choosing wines that complement their meals and preferences.
- Provide insights into wine regions, varietals, and vintages.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop wine pairings for menu items.
- Oversee wine service and storage, ensuring proper handling and presentation.
- Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for staff and guests.
