Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management and supervision of daily bar operations.
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop and execute creative and high-quality drink menus.
- Oversee the training and development of bar staff, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a well-stocked bar.
- Create and maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere for both guests and staff.
- Support bartenders during service, anticipating their needs and contributing to a seamless workflow.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.
- Previous experience in a senior bar staff or assistant manager role is essential.
