We are currently seeking a dedicated and proficient Kitchen Porter to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen, supporting the culinary team in delivering a seamless dining experience. Key Responsibilities- Ensure the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
- Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and other kitchen tools.
- Assist in the general cleaning of kitchen surfaces and floors.
- Collect and remove kitchen waste and recycling.
- Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items.
