At Sexy Fish, exceptional dining starts behind the scenes.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and highly motivated Kitchen Manager to support the day-to-day operation of one of London’s most iconic kitchens.

Working alongside our Executive Chef, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently by overseeing administration, people processes, systems, compliance and operational support.

You’ll be the person who keeps the engine turning, allowing our chefs to focus on delivering an unforgettable guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the kitchen.
  • Support HR processes, including onboarding, employee records, right-to-work compliance and rota management.
  • Coordinate supplier orders, invoices, stock takes and operational supplies.
  • Maintain kitchen systems, including recipes, stock and operational data.
  • Oversee IT requests, user access and system administration for the kitchen team.
  • Ensure company assets, equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Support food safety, health & safety and compliance across all kitchen operations.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and wider management team to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a kitchen administration, kitchen management or hospitality operations role.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working across departments.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for operational excellence.
