Housekeeper

Live-out Housekeeper required for a large, fully staffed household with a House Manager, housekeeper, 3 nannies, 5 housekeepers, 2 chefs, 3 drivers, a security team, and a PA.

This is a family home with 4 young children, run to excellent standards. They are looking for a professional and experienced housekeeper to join their team of staff. You will be working alongside 5 housekeepers. You will be required to work a 5 day week. However, there needs to be a level of flexibility as you will rotate your days with the other four housekeepers and will be required to cover some weekends. The house has four floors with 8 bedrooms, all en‑suite, a cinema, and a swimming pool.

• Duties will include the day-to-day housekeeping, cleaning to a very high standard, polishing and caring for silver and furniture, washing, ironing, and caring for delicate fabrics and flower arranging.
• To maintain the interiors of the property to the highest standards and all general Housekeeping
• Laundry including handwashing and care of delicate fabrics.
• Care of fine furniture and artwork.
• Must be pet‑friendly.
• Cleaning delicate antiques and artwork and working with surfaces such as marble and stone.
• Changing beds and other household linens.

This is a position for someone proactive and self‑sufficient, takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail. We are a fully staffed household, so it is essential you can work in a team environment and have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Working Days/Hours: 5‑day week, 9 hours a day with weekend cover.

Salary 45K‑50K /year negotiable for the right candidate.
