Caprice Restaurants is home to some of London's most iconic and best-loved restaurants. Our People team is at the heart of that success, and we're looking for a Talent Resourcer to help us find, engage and hire brilliant front-of-house and back-of-house talent across our restaurant portfolio.
As Talent Resourcer, you'll work in partnership with Hiring Managers across all of your allocated Caprice restaurants, supporting them with their recruitment needs for team member-level vacancies. You'll own the candidate journey end-to-end, from advertising and sourcing through to interviewing and onboarding while building strong, trusted relationships with our General Managers and Head Chefs along the way.
Some of the Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hourly-paid FOH & BOH applications through our Talent Funnel ATS, supporting restaurants in finding great candidates.
- Provide hands-on support to GMs and Head Chefs, including regular catch-ups to build strong working relationships.
- Track and report on current vacancies weekly, identifying resignations, leavers and additional headcount needs.
- Own the resourcing, telephone interviewing and onboarding of team member roles.
- Keep every application moving smoothly through the process, capturing and recording feedback data along the way.
- Ensure every applicant has a response before a role is closed on the ATS.
- Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Promote our Recommend a Friend and relocation schemes to restaurant teams.
- Confidently interview team members and junior management candidates to Caprice Restaurants standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within hospitality, luxury retail, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and guide hiring managers.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused – no task is too big or too small.
- Previous experience using an ATS (Talent Funnel experience is a plus).
- Collaborative, energetic and a true team player.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a calm, positive approach.
