We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee our Private Dining Room. As the Private Dining Room Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of private events, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. If you have a passion for event coordination, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding private dining experiences, we invite you to be an integral part of the team at our amazing restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Manage and coordinate all aspects of private events in the designated dining room.
- - Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution of private events.
- - Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of private dining spaces.
- - Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- - Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
- -Assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure compliance of health and safety standards as well as food hygiene.
Requirements:
- - Proven experience in private dining or event management within the hospitality industry.
- - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to event coordination.
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- - Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
