Caprice Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Talent Resourcer to recruit for front-of-house and back-of-house roles across our London restaurant portfolio.

You will partner with Hiring Managers, own the candidate journey from advertising through onboarding, and build strong relationships with GMs and Head Chefs.

In this role, you will manage the Talent Funnel ATS, run regular catch-ups with managers, and maintain active talent pools for future openings.

London office-based with site visits is expected.
