We are currently looking for a creative and passionate Head Bartender to support the Bar Manager in maintaining and raising standards across all aspects of drinks service. You'll lead drinks development, bringing fresh ideas to our cocktail offering, while motivating, training and developing the team to deliver consistently exceptional drinks and warm, confident hospitality. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Curate and update the cocktail menu, showcasing creativity and innovation.
- Train and mentor bartenders, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar, overseeing inventory and ordering.
- Create and execute signature cocktails, providing a unique and memorable experience for guests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure harmony between the bar and dining experiences.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and creating a personalized experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Bartender or in a senior bartending role in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and a passion for crafting unique and high-quality cocktails.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic bar environment.
