Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in the setup and breakdown of the bar area.
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked with supplies, including ice, glassware, and garnishes.
- Retrieve and restock liquor, beer, and other beverages as needed.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Support bartenders during service, anticipating their needs and contributing to a seamless workflow.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Bar Back or similar support role is advantageous but not required.
