Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high service standards and an inviting atmosphere.
  • Curate and manage the beverage program, including creative and high-quality drink menus.
  • Train and develop bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a well-stocked bar.
  • Create and implement strategies to drive bar revenue and profitability.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns related to the bar with professionalism and prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.
