We are looking for a Junior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The Role
As a Junior Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, supporting the preparation and service of our Italian menu.
- Preparing ingredients and mise en place to a high standard..
- Assisting with the preparation and cooking of dishes during service..
- Maintaining consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene..
- Following recipes, portion controls and kitchen procedures..
- Supporting the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen team during busy services..
- Ensuring your section is clean, organised and fully prepared for service..
- Following FIFO and correct food storage procedures..
- Complying with food safety, health & safety and HACCP requirements..
- Supporting the wider kitchen team whenever required..
Please note: As a small, independent restaurant, flexibility and teamwork are essential. At certain times, the role will also involve kitchen assistant duties, such as washing up, cleaning equipment and work areas, receiving and storing deliveries, taking out waste and other general kitchen support tasks. These duties are an important part of keeping the kitchen running efficiently and will be shared across the team when required.

- Previous professional kitchen experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with strong culinary training and the right attitude..
