What you’ll do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate and retail functions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer coordination.
- Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process, offering guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer preparation.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring teams and HR Business Partners by understanding team needs and aligning on candidate profiles for both creative and operational roles.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, guiding candidates through each stage with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity across recruitment systems to support compliance and streamline processes.
- Contribute to sourcing strategy by using creative outreach techniques to attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple job families.
- Assist with high-volume hiring needs, identifying and engaging candidates to support team and business growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador and exemplify our values – upholding our employer brand.
You’ll Need to Have
- 2–3 years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a fast-paced, competitive talent market
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to foster collaboration across creative, operational, and regional teams
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a self-driven approach to achieving hiring goals
- Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including direct sourcing
- Comfort and effectiveness working in a high-demand, fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication – both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder management skills
