We have an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Specialist EMEA, based in London.
The Total Rewards function exists to ensure our colleagues across the EMEA region feel supported, valued, and rewarded throughout their employee journey. We design and deliver competitive, inclusive, and compliant benefits programs that support wellbeing, engagement, and performance, while reflecting local market practices and business needs.
As part of the Total Rewards team, you will support the administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs across EMEA. You will play a key role in ensuring benefits are delivered accurately, communicated clearly, and aligned with both legal requirements and our employee experience strategy.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and HR queries related to benefits across EMEA, including resolving issues from HR Operations and HRBPs.
- Administer benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, insurance, and wellbeing) in line with local legislation, managing joiners, leavers, eligibility files, and billing across all country plans.
- Support annual enrolment cycles, renewals, and communications, keeping benefits materials, HRIS records, and Talent Acquisition information accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with the wider Total Rewards and Global Benefits teams to align regional programs with global strategy while reflecting local needs.

- 1–3+ years of experience in HR or Benefits administration, ideally across multiple EMEA countries.
- Working knowledge of EMEA benefits practices and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and HR systems; Workday experience is a plus but can be picked up on the job.
- A creative streak when it comes to packaging and communicating benefits information clearly — no prior experience needed, just a willingness to engage.
Training & Support
You’ll be joining a team that genuinely enjoys developing people — expect hands-on coaching, especially in your first six months.
Full onboarding into each country’s benefit plans, Excel reporting, vendor file management, and broker relationship management (a key focus given the broker transition in year one).
