About CapRelease

CapRelease provides fast, flexible funding to UK eCommerce brands, from £20k to £1m. We connect to live inventory, revenue, accounting, and banking data to build a complete picture of how a business is trading. We work alongside third-party logistics (3PL) partners to embed our funding directly into the fulfilment ecosystem. Our proprietary AI models assess risk, value inventory, and automate repayment, giving brands access to capital in 24 to 72 hours with no personal guarantees and no equity. We’re a seed-stage fintech backed by institutional capital, FCA registered, and growing fast. We’re building the team that will scale this business across the UK and internationally.

The Role

We’re hiring a Commercial Manager to own the deal from the moment a qualified lead lands on your desk through to a funded facility and an ongoing client relationship. You’ll sit at the centre of our sales operation, working between our Sales team (who fill the pipeline) and our Credit team (who underwrite the risk). Your job is everything in between: financial discovery, deal structuring, presenting and negotiating offers, closing, and then managing the relationship to drive repeat facilities. This is a commercial role with real financial depth.
