CapRelease is a fast-growing UK fintech building the embedded finance layer for eCommerce logistics. We provide inventory-backed funding to growing eCommerce brands through partnerships with third-party logistics providers. Our platform uses proprietary data, AI and machine learning models to understand stock, sales and cash flow in real time, allowing us to fund online retailers in a faster, smarter and more flexible way than traditional lenders.

We are at an exciting stage of growth, backed by institutional investors and building a category-defining business at the intersection of fintech, AI, eCommerce and logistics. We are now looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our Belfast team.

This is a high-impact commercial role for someone who wants to help build and scale a new category of finance for eCommerce businesses. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting UK eCommerce retailers into CapRelease customers. You will work across the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through to discovery, qualification, funding discussions, proposal delivery, negotiation and close.

You will speak directly with founders, finance teams and operators at growing eCommerce brands, helping them understand how CapRelease can unlock working capital tied up in inventory. This role would suit someone with proven experience in B2B sales, business development.
