Reporting to the Head of Talent Practice, Development, you will have a great opportunity to make a real difference by providing thought leadership in talent management across the full lifecycle of a client project. The role operates on a hybrid basis and includes regular attendance at our London office and client sites.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership in pre-sales and upsell opportunities, ensuring best practice in talent management, with a focus on driving innovation and leveraging Cappfinity technology.
- Facilitate the identification of client needs and the development of a potential solution architecture.
- Provide input to proposal writing and tender documentation and credibly support commercial colleagues in pitches and presentations as the talent management expert.
- Participate in the agreement of commercials.
- Forge and develop trusted, lasting client relationships across a portfolio of Talent Management Practice clients, spanning a range of industries and regions.
- Implement discovery methodology to fully understand a client's requirements, including interviewing senior stakeholders, conducting focus groups and analysing desktop information to create a bespoke solution.
- Develop a robust solution architecture and propose evaluation metrics, frequency and format.
- Brief the Product Design Team on approved solution architecture and client context.
- Contextualise materials and ensure bespoke elements are well specified.
- Guide the direction and shape of the solution to ensure the client's strategic objectives are achieved.
- Brief associate team delivering the solution, providing full client context.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative evaluation data and present to the client recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Champion quality assurance across the design and delivery team to ensure it is of the highest standard.
The Ideal Candidate will have
- At least 5-7 years' experience in a professional learning and development environment.
- BA, BSc or equivalent qualifications, with demonstrated capacity for deep reasoning, strategic thinking, and effective decision-making.
- Excellent consultancy skills and the ability to gain the trust in demanding client projects.
- Adaptability and resilience as key strengths, enabling them to flourish in fast paced and changing environment.
- Ability to learn and master tech platforms with ease, enabling them to navigate our growing product mix, integrating new opportunities in technology and product design.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams for complex accounts, including multi-region / multi-solution projects.
- A strength in presenting to audiences, to support marketing activities, and when needed deliver content to clients e.g. workshops and webinars.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
