We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of civils and construction projects.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will coordinate project activities from planning through to completion, ensuring programmes, schedules, documentation and communications are managed effectively. Acting as a central point of contact between customers, clients, contractors, designers and operational teams, you will help drive projects forward while maintaining excellent customer service standards. You’ll also support pre-construction activities, manage project information and documentation, assist with health and safety compliance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

About CBUL

Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is a special purpose joint venture established to deliver wastewater network maintenance and repair services for Southern Water across the South of England. We focus on keeping sewer networks operating efficiently through planned maintenance, emergency response and rehabilitation works. Our capability is underpinned by a substantial fleet of specialist vehicles including vacuum tankers, jetting units and CCTV survey equipment, supported by advanced technology for rapid diagnostics and effective solutions. With a reputation for safety, reliability and technical expertise, Cappagh Browne plays a critical role in protecting communities and maintaining essential infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy project environment.

  • Previous experience in project coordination, administration, construction, utilities or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules, documentation and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records, reports and project information.
  • Good understanding of health and safety requirements, ideally including CDM 2015.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
  • A project management, construction or health and safety qualification would be advantageous.
