Job Title: Data Transfer Coordinator β Clean Water Framework

Role Overview:
As a Data Coordinator at Cappagh Contractors, you will be responsible for managing, processing, and ensuring the accuracy of operational and project data related to the clean water framework. Your work will support project delivery, compliance, and reporting, enabling effective decision-making and contributing to overall project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, input, and validate project data from site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- Maintain and update databases and project management systems, ensuring all information is current and compliant with company and client requirements.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data summaries for management, clients, and regulators as required.
- Liaise with site supervisors, engineers, and project managers to resolve data discrepancies and clarify data requirements.
- Assist in monitoring project progress by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and deliverables.
- Support data audits and ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.
- Assist with document control, including filing, archiving, and retrieving project documentation as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in data management and reporting.
- Provide support and guidance to site teams on data collection procedures and best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all project and company data.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a data coordination, administration, or project support role, preferably within construction, utilities, or engineering sectors.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with databases or project management software.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths; further education or relevant professional qualifications in administration, data management, or a related field is desirable.
Training or experience in data protection and GDPR compliance advantageous.
