We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable General Operative to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of our site operations. In this hands‑on role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring safe, organised, and efficient working environments while assisting with a range of civils activities across the drainage network. From site preparation and excavation to supporting pipe installations, manhole construction and routine maintenance, you’ll be involved in varied tasks that help keep our projects progressing safely and to a high standard.
Working closely with experienced operatives and supervisors, you’ll follow clear instructions, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to the successful delivery of work on site.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is practical, safety‑conscious, and eager to learn, with a positive approach to teamwork and site work. The ideal candidate will bring:
- A respectful, reliable, and proactive attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions clearly and work safely at all times
