Join our team and play a vital role in keeping essential works moving across the network. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised NRSWA Co‑ordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating permit applications and associated documentation for streetworks and traffic management activities, ensuring full compliance with NRSWA regulations and local authority requirements.

Working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and highways authorities, you will ensure permits are accurately raised, submitted, tracked, and closed within strict deadlines, while overseeing all associated administrative processes such as traffic management plans, TTROs, and suspensions. This is a fast‑paced position where attention to detail and effective communication are key to ensuring works are delivered efficiently and compliantly.

About CBUL Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is a special purpose joint venture established to deliver wastewater network maintenance and repair services for Southern Water across the South of England. We focus on keeping sewer networks operating efficiently through planned maintenance, emergency response and rehabilitation works. Our capability is underpinned by a substantial fleet of specialist vehicles including vacuum tankers, jetting units and CCTV survey equipment, supported by advanced technology for rapid diagnostics and effective solutions. With a reputation for safety, reliability and technical expertise, Cappagh Browne plays a critical role in protecting communities and maintaining essential infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a streetworks, utilities, or similar coordination/administration role (desirable)
  • Basic knowledge of NRSWA and streetworks permitting processes (advantageous)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator, able to work with internal teams, contractors, and local authorities
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems such as Symology, Aurora, or other permit systems
