Phronel reads early-stage companies the way experienced investors do, against each customer's own criteria. You'll make that intelligence useful in the platform, in Slack, Teams and Chrome, and in customers' own agents over MCP.

What you'll bring
You've shipped LLM-based products to real users
Strong Python and/or TypeScript, retrieval and evaluation
You care about reliability, privacy and measurable quality
Comfort with ownership in a small, fast team
Nice to have
Experience with agent frameworks or MCP
Work on private or self-hosted models
