This is a remote role for a Real Estate and Commercial Capital Broker at Capiyada. The Broker will be responsible for:
- Generating leads and facilitating real estate and business finance transactions
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Conducting sales activities
- Managing real property transactions
Qualifications:
- Brokerage and Real Estate skills
- Must have client base or go to market strategy
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Knowledge of Property or Business finance
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely and generate your own leads
- Experience in commercial real estate or finance is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
Compensation: Up to 70% Commission split to Brokers. Commissions paid weekly.
Additional Information: Applicants must be UK based and have relevant experience along with an appropriate client base or go to market strategy / lead generation strategy in order to qualify.
