Role Description

This is a remote role for a Real Estate and Commercial Capital Broker at Capiyada. The Broker will be responsible for generating leads and facilitating real estate and business finance transactions, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, and managing real property transactions.

Qualifications

• Brokerage and Real Estate skills
• Must have client base or go-to-market strategy
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of Property or Business finance SALES
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely and generate your own leads
• Experience in commercial real estate or finance is a plus
• Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field

We are looking for experienced Real Estate Finance, Commercial Business Finance, and Property finance brokers. The opportunity would also suit Property professionals with a developer/property investor network or Business Consultants currently selling to the SME community.

Up to 70% Commission split to Brokers

• Development Finance up to 80% Loan to Gross Development Value to £100 million.

If you are currently working within one of the following sectors, then this opportunity could be a good fit: Commercial Finance Broker, Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Finance, Business Consultant, Business SME Sales, Utility or Merchant Services Sales, Property Development Consultant.

Commissions are paid weekly.

Must have minimum 2 years relevant broker experience.

Must be UK based and residing.

Must have ability to generate your own leads.

Applicants must be UK based and have relevant experience along with an appropriate client base or go-to-market strategy/lead generation strategy in order to qualify.
