Our clients, a leading property management company, are looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Colchester, Essex. This is a contract position to cover maternity leave until February/March 2026, with potential for extension.

Company Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: £24,000 to £25,000 per annum plus commission (OTE: £31,000)

About The Role

The Sales & Lettings Negotiator will connect with clients, showcase properties, and help individuals find their perfect homes. Success in this role requires building positive relationships and thriving in a fast-paced environment. It is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, with alternating Saturdays (9:30am-4pm) and a Thursday off in lieu.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants to understand their needs.
  • Conduct property viewings and advise clients on market conditions and rental values.
  • Negotiate lease terms to achieve optimal outcomes for landlords and tenants.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote properties effectively.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate guidance.
