Capitol Facilities Management Ltd T/A Priority Support Services Ltd are seeking to employ a mature, reliable person to become a valued member of our team and work with us on a long-term basis carrying out cleaning duties at a site Bicknacre Rd, Chelmsford CM3 4ES.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 3.15pm to 5.15pm each day.
This role requires you to work during school term time only, which is 39 weeks per year, plus 1 additional week per year for a deep clean, totalling 40 weeks of work per annum. You are entitled to 28 days’ holiday pay per annum (5.6 weeks). As you will have 12 weeks off work each year outside of term time, you will not be entitled to take holiday during term time. Instead, your holiday entitlement will be paid as part of your regular pay cycle. This arrangement is known as “Rolled-Up Holiday Pay”.
Requirements:
- Live no further than 30 minutes from the job site
- Enhanced DBS within the last year (required) or on the yearly update service
