At Birmingham Mind, we are proud of our inclusive, person-centred approach and our role as a key player in the cityβs mental health system. Now we have settled into our new home at Albert House, we are looking for a Senior Office Administrator to help us shape the future of our central operations.
What You Will Do
- Be the engine behind our leadership teams meetings, organising, minuting, and tracking actions.
- Partner with the PA to the CEO to ensure Albert House runs like clockwork.
- Support the Workforce Development Manager with training logistics and warm welcomes.
- Be a friendly face at reception, manage bookings, supplies, and support a new team of office volunteers.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.
