Responsibilities
- Assist in building inspections and operations
- Assist in collating information regarding the buildings
- Research and collate Sustainability data for Green Mark renewals
- Provide support on Asset Enhancements projects
- Assist in handling feedback from tenants
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
