The Role
The successful candidate will advise across the transaction lifecycle, including tax structuring, buy and sell-side due diligence, SPA reviews, funds flows and refinancing. They will manage projects, develop client relationships, contribute to business development and coach junior colleagues, while working alongside experienced deal and tax specialists on complex transactions.
Candidate Required
The team is seeking experienced UK or international corporate tax professionals with strong advisory skills, commercial awareness and the ambition to develop within M&A. A relevant tax, ACA or legal qualification, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
