An established professional services firm is expanding its Energy focused tax advisory team and is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to support continued growth across a strong UK and international client base. The role offers a blend of transaction led and advisory work, including M&A due diligence, structuring, reorganisations, and advising on international expansion and evolving global tax frameworks. You will operate in a commercially driven environment with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and a clear progression pathway.
Responsibilities:
- Advising on UK and cross border tax matters within the energy and natural resources space
- Supporting M&A transactions, including buy side and sell side due diligence
- Working closely with senior leaders on complex, high value engagements
- Developing client relationships and contributing to new business activity
- Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members
- Collaborating with specialists across international teams
Qualifications:
- CTA or ACA or CA qualified, or equivalent
- Strong background in UK corporate tax advisory
- Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or related sectors is advantageous but not essential
- Commercial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
