A leading professional services business is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join its growing transaction tax team, advising sophisticated investors and businesses across a broad range of real estate and investment-related transactions.
The role offers the opportunity to work on complex acquisitions, disposals, structuring, refinancing and other high-value assignments, providing commercially focused tax advice and working closely with senior stakeholders and specialist teams.
The successful candidate will also play a key role in developing client relationships, supporting business development and coaching junior colleagues.
Ideally CTA, ACA, CA or equivalently qualified, they will bring strong UK corporate tax knowledge, excellent analytical and communication skills, commercial judgement and a genuine interest in transactions..
