This is not a traditional accountancy firm environment. It is a dynamic, internationally focused business working with entrepreneurial groups, multinational businesses, private equity backed companies and complex international structures.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Tax professional to join a growing London tax function in a highly visible leadership role with genuine progression potential.
The role offers:
- A sophisticated portfolio of UK and international corporate clients
- Exposure to both compliance and advisory work including international tax, transfer pricing, group structuring and cross border matters
- Significant involvement in leadership, strategy and departmental growth
- The opportunity to play a key role in developing junior team members and shaping the wider tax function
- Commercial involvement across billing, business development and identifying advisory opportunities within the client base
- A genuinely international platform with continued PE backed expansion and acquisition activity
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified with strong UK corporate tax experience gained within practice or an international advisory environment. Candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong UK corporate tax technical capability
- Experience managing complex client relationships
- Exposure to international tax matters and advisory work
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
- Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to departmental growth
