An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax professional to join a leading Top 10 accountancy firm as an Associate Director within their established and growing Guildford office. This role sits within a highly regarded corporate tax team that advises a broad client base including owner managed businesses, UK headquartered groups, inbound multinationals, and private equity backed organisations. The role will involve:

  • Leading and delivering complex UK corporate tax advisory projects, including structuring, reorganisations, transactions, and international matters
