Key Responsibilities
- Developing and nurturing client relationships and playing an active role in winning new business
- Overseeing delivery of technically demanding consulting engagements, balancing rigorous technical standards with commercially minded, practical solutions
- Taking ownership of overall client service quality across your engagements
- Following up and converting opportunities referred from other parts of the business
- Cultivating a broad network of internal and external contacts to benefit the wider team
- Supporting the growth of junior colleagues through supervision, coaching and mentoring
- Contributing to the team's broader strategic and operational direction, including workforce planning and staff development
What You'll Bring
- Strong, demonstrable experience in tax transaction work
- A relevant professional qualification (such as ATT, ACA, CA, CTA, or a comparable qualification including legal training)
- A degree or equivalent professional experience
- A track record of leading, coaching and developing team members
- Solid organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads, hit deadlines, and manage project budgets
