Key Responsibilities- Working as part of a national team of employment tax specialists to deliver high-quality, practical advice
- Advising clients on a broad range of employment tax matters, including risk and governance, off-payroll workers, national minimum wage, and payrolling of benefits
- Supporting a diverse client base, from large listed and international groups to private equity-backed and high-growth businesses
- Playing a key role in developing and mentoring team members, contributing to a supportive and inclusive culture
- Helping to drive continuous improvement and high standards across the employment tax offering
- CTA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience
- Strong technical background in UK Employment Tax, with an understanding of global mobility issues
- Comfortable dealing with complex tax matters and providing clear, pragmatic advice
- Proven people management skills, with a genuine interest in coaching and developing others
- Open, collaborative and approachable working style
