Our client, a leading professional services firm with a market-leading Tax & Legal practice, is looking for an experienced Deal Advisory Tax Senior Manager to join their Real Estate-focused deal team. About the Team
The Deal Advisory Tax practice sits within a dynamic, fast-growing part of the business, supporting clients across Corporates, Private Equity & Credit, Real Estate, and Energy & Infrastructure. The team works with major institutional investors, funds, and corporates on transactions ranging from £10m to well over £10bn, providing buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, structuring, refinancing and listing support. The Role
As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with Partners and Directors on complex, high-profile transactions, taking a leading role in delivery while also helping to grow the practice. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, legal advisers and internal teams to ensure effective deal delivery
- Preparing and overseeing detailed technical tax advice on UK and international transaction issues
- Analysing tax-related documents and data, and communicating the commercial impact clearly to clients
- Reviewing financial models from a tax perspective
- Collaborating with international tax specialists across multiple jurisdictions
- Supporting business development, including proposals and pitches
- Coaching, developing and building high-performing teams
- Contributing to thought leadership within the Deal Advisory Tax space
About You
- CTA, ACA/CA qualified or equivalent
- Strong UK corporate tax knowledge, with awareness of wider tax and accounting matters
- A genuine interest in transactions and deal work, with strong commercial instincts
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Proven project management ability and experience building and leading teams
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders
- Confident Excel and PowerPoint skills
