Our client is a globally recognised, top-tier professional services firm with a highly regarded Financial Services Corporate Tax practice. Operating across the UK, the firm works with some of the world's leading banks, insurers and asset managers, delivering a broad range of complex and high-value tax engagements. This is a well-established, commercially strong team with a healthy pipeline of advisory and project work, and a genuinely supportive, collegiate culture.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager to join the team. This is a varied, advisory-led role working across a portfolio of financial services clients. The team is geographically spread and accustomed to working flexibly and collaboratively across locations, meaning the firm is entirely open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
What the Role Involves
The successful candidate will take ownership of corporate tax advisory engagements across banking, asset management and insurance clients with genuine scope to contribute to business development activity and to play a meaningful role in mentoring and developing more junior members of the team.
The Ideal Candidate
The firm is open in its approach to background. Financial services experience across banking, insurance or asset management would be advantageous, however strong corporate tax practitioners from outside the sector are equally encouraged to apply, as is anyone returning from an in-house role. The firm will also consider talented Managers who are ready to make the step up to Senior Manager level.
Remuneration and Benefits
The firm offers a highly competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including a performance-related bonus, pension and private medical insurance in addition to market leading suite of supplementary benefits.
