- We Are Looking For
Candidates who have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with SEND learners in a school, college, or specialist setting.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to inclusive education and student-centred learning.
- The ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
